At Seafolly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your swimwear; if your pieces aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn swimwear in the original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective hygiene stickers remain attached.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, fix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
